Employee Job Aids

Microsoft Office Job Aids - Including Outlook. In working with the IT Department and their service level agreement, created job aids for Microsoft Office including (a) creating a signature line and (b) setting up an email account

Online Payroll Information. When the payroll data went online, developed a job aid for all employees to view their paychecks and W-2s electronically.

Online Training Login. Created a job aid to assist users with their login and incorporated it into the Adobe/Macromedia Breeze server login page - so users can quickly access the job aid when needed.

Management Job Aids

Employee Separation.  Included procedures, payroll payout information with state requirements, and data input to process a termed employee.

Lawson Management Self Service (MSS). After receiving feedback from Human Resources about managers not properly completing tasks within MSS to process a pay mod, I designed and developed job aids for managers - incorporating their online tasks with corporate policies/procedures to synthesize the entire process. The IT Department implemented my recommendation to link these job aids as bookmarks within the web based application - for just-in-time training.
